    Prachtig horloge, maar mis wat service

    Ben erg blij met mijn aankoop; het horloge ziet er heel mooi en kwalitatief uit, alleen ik had verwacht dat er wel een schroevendraaiertje bij zou zitten om het bandje in te korten. Nu heb ik dit zelf moeten aanschaffen, omdat er geen retailers bij mij in de buurt zitten die Mockberg verkopen…

    Bad service

    I bought this watch as a Christmas gift for my daughter online, and we ended up paying an extra 300 SEK to adjust the fit to her wrist. Considering the price, I really think adjustments should be included with the purchase, just like other high-end brands do.

    I really like this watch, it's pretty stylish. However, there's a downside - the clasp on the bracelet opens up way too easily.
